Construction & technology
The Design and Technology Department consists of over 40 engineers who specialize in designing and creating technical documentation. We provide technical support for implemented projects as well as consulting in the development of custom tools. Our goal is to optimize product design and create 3D prototypes using PolyJet printing technology.
Tool room
The Tooling Department specializes in the production of high-quality injection molds for zinc alloys and plastics. We also design and manufacture dies, stamping tools, and sheet metal processing tools. We offer a wide range of specialized instruments tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
CNC Milling
The CNC Milling Department is equipped with state-of-the-art milling machines that enable precise and efficient execution of complex milling operations. We have both 5-axis and 3-axis machines, allowing us to carry out a variety of projects in line with the highest quality standards.
CNC Turning

Laser cut technology
The CNC Laser Cutting Technology Department specializes in precise and efficient cutting of various materials, utilizing the latest FIBER technology from renowned manufacturers such as AMADA, BYSTRONIC, and HYMSON. With our advanced machinery, we are able to meet even the most demanding orders.
Metal sheets forming
The Sheet Metal Forming Department offers comprehensive metalworking services, including cutting, punching, bending, stamping, and rolling of sheet metal. With modern equipment and advanced technologies, we are capable of executing both standard and highly demanding projects, tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
Plastic injection modeling
The Plastic Injection Molding Department offers comprehensive services in the production of plastic moldings, utilizing modern technologies and an advanced machine park. Zinc die casting process technology
The Zinc Alloy Die Casting Department is a modern and highly automated production center, equipped with the latest technologies that ensure the highest quality and precision of castings. Our advanced machine park consists of 15 die-casting machines from renowned manufacturers such as FRECH and AGRATI, enabling us to handle even the most demanding orders.

Powder coating
The paint shop in our facility is a modern workstation designed for precise and durable powder coating of components. One of the key technological capabilities of our facility is the advanced Assembly Department, which handles both serial production of catalog components and the execution of customized projects. Electronic equipment assembly – EPA area
The Electrical Device Assembly Department within the EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area) is specially adapted for working with electrostatic-sensitive components. We provide the highest level of ESD protection, ensuring the safety and reliability of all assembled devices.
