Our Tooling Department specializes in the production of high-quality injection molds for zinc alloys and plastics. We also design and manufacture dies, punch tools, and sheet metal processing tools. We offer a wide range of specialized instruments tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
To execute our projects, we use advanced technologies, including wire EDM machines such as AGIE CHARMILLES and ACCUTEX, sinker EDM machines like ROBOFORM 350 and FORM 200, and hole drilling EDM machines like DRILL 11. Our equipment also includes MIKRON milling machines, grinders, and the AMP vacuum furnace. This allows us to ensure precise execution and reliability of our tools, which translates into the highest quality of our products and services.
