Our closures have a modular structure. Thanks to the use of flat bars, rods and guides in combination with cams, the customer has the opportunity to build a multi-point locking system. Components such as profile and cylinder inserts comply with the current standards required in the production of, among others, energy, teleinformatic and health and safety cabinets.
The Roztocze company, as a Polish manufacturer of locks and hinges, offers the possibility of ordering and manufacturing elements made of carbon and stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics and zinc alloys (ZAMAK). Our offer includes components that meet the UL94 flammability class. In order to meet the requirements, we adjust our products to the needs of our customers.

Locking components such as shaped inserts, flats, bars and guides play an important role in ensuring the stability, security and functionality of different types of locks.

Shaped inserts
Description: Shaped inserts are lock components that contain locking mechanisms to prevent unauthorised opening. They can come in different shapes and sizes, depending on the type of lock and its application.
Functions: Shaped cylinders contain components that enable the lock to be closed and opened. These can be cylinders, sleeves into which the key is inserted or other locking mechanisms. Shaped cylinders are key elements in lock mechanisms.
Use: Shape cylinders are used in various types of locks, including door locks, bicycle locks, furniture locks, etc.

Flat bars
Description: Flat bars are flat metal or plastic components that are used to hold and stabilise various parts of a lock, such as lock wings or locking mechanism components.
Functions: Flat bars are used to ensure the durability and integrity of the lock. They help the lock components fit correctly and hold them in position. They can also act as guards against access to the internal parts of the lock.
Use: Flat bars are commonly used in various types of locks, including door locks, car locks and other mechanical structures.

Rods and guides
Description: Rods and guides are components that allow movement and control of the locking mechanism in a lock. Rods are usually cylindrical or rectangular pieces that move or rotate to open or close the lock.
Functions: Rods and guides play a key role in the mechanical operation of a lock. They move or rotate in response to the manipulation of a key or other device, allowing the lock to be opened or closed.
Use: Rods and guides are used in various types of locks, including door locks, window locks, bicycle locks, car locks and many others.

All of these components are vital to the proper functioning of a lock. Their quality, durability and accuracy affect the security and performance of locking systems. Depending on the type of lock and its application, different combinations of these components can be used to ensure optimum protection and convenience of use.
