RST Roztocze Research and Development Laboratory

Our laboratory offers comprehensive prototype testing services, including injection molding simulation using ProCAST and Moldex 3D tools, which enable optimization of injection mold design and supervision of the filling process of moldings. We utilize the Objet30 Prime 3D printer with PolyJet technology, allowing the creation of precise models with complex geometries. We also conduct durability testing of hinges according to the N-EN 1935 standard, assessing their resistance to static loads, shear, durability, and load capacity.
