Our laboratory offers advanced metrological testing using state-of-the-art equipment. The Axiom too HS multisensory coordinate measuring machine enables non-contact measurements with an accuracy of 2.1 + 4L/100µm and a measurement range of X-640 mm, Y-1500 mm, Z-500 mm. It is equipped with a CCD camera and a telecentric lens. The Contracer CV-4500 contour measuring instrument is a semi-automatic device designed for precise contour measurement with a measurement range of X up to 120 mm and Z up to 50 mm, and a measurement point spacing from 1.0 μm to 8.0 μm. The KEYENCE IM-7000 digital measurement projector allows simultaneous measurement of multiple products, including height and depth, with automatic data recording and a measurement range of 200 x 200 mm. The Surftest SJ-411 device, compliant with DIN, EN ISO, VDA, ANSI, and JIS standards, offers measurements of small holes (D2 mm) in recesses (up to 20 mm), with a measurement range of 25 mm and a straightness feed of 0.3 μm/25 mm.
