Metallographic researches

RST Roztocze Research and Development Laboratory

Our laboratory offers advanced metallographic testing, utilizing OLYMPUS BX53M and stereoscopic OLYMPUS SZX16 microscopes to detect surface and subsurface discontinuities in ferritic materials. We perform magnetic particle testing (MT2) and penetrant testing (PT 2) using the precise QCAT 1100A cutter and both dye and fluorescent penetrants. Additionally, we use the PRESSLAM 1.1 automatic hot-mounting press and the MASTERLAM 3.0 automatic grinder-polisher from Lam Plan, ensuring the highest quality of metallographic analysis.
